Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Fun & Joy Tours. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Fun & Joy Tours is a travel agency registered and operating from India. Our services include tour packages, travel arrangements, and related travel services.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified. We will send a confirmation email with your booking details and reference number.

2.2 Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 25-50% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking
  • Full payment must be received at least 30 days before the departure date
  • For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required immediately
  • We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and approved payment gateways

2.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. The price at the time of booking will be honored regardless of subsequent price changes.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. The following cancellation charges apply from the date of departure:

  • More than 30 days: Full refund minus processing fees (5%)
  • 15-30 days: 50% refund
  • 7-14 days: 25% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund

Note: For Bhutan tours, the Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) is non-refundable once visa processing has begun.

3.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Travel Documents

4.1 Passports and Visas

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents, including passports with at least 6 months validity from the date of travel. While we provide visa assistance, obtaining visas is the responsibility of the traveler.

4.2 Health Requirements

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements for their destination, including vaccinations. We recommend consulting with a travel health specialist before departure.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and baggage loss.Fun & Joy Tours is not liable for any losses not covered by insurance.

6. Our Responsibilities

We are committed to:

  • Providing accurate information about tour packages and services
  • Arranging accommodations, transportation, and activities as described
  • Providing 24/7 support during your travels
  • Handling complaints and issues professionally and promptly

7. Limitations of Liability

Fun & Joy Tours acts as an agent for various service providers including hotels, airlines, and local tour operators. We are not liable for:

  • Acts, omissions, or defaults of third-party service providers
  • Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, natural disasters, or political events
  • Loss of or damage to personal belongings
  • Personal injury unless caused by our direct negligence

8. Conduct and Behavior

Travelers are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with local customs and laws. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a tour if a traveler's behaviour is disruptive, dangerous, or illegal.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Fun & Joy Tours and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
