How to book and manage your trips
How do I book a tour package?

Can I customize my tour package?
Absolutely! We offer flexible customization options. You can add or remove days, change accommodations, include additional activities, or modify the itinerary. Contact our team to discuss your preferences.
Payment & Refunds
Pricing, payments, and cancellations
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation up to 30 days before departure with a full refund. Cancellations between 15-30 days incur a 25% charge, 7-14 days incur 50%, and less than 7 days incur 75%. No refund for no-shows.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and bank transfers. A booking advance is required to confirm your reservation, with the balance due before departure.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance for domestic tours and 2-3 months for international destinations like Bhutan. Peak season bookings should be made even earlier.
Are meals included in the package price?
